Most agree mindfulness and meditation has tremendous benefits. Yet, most of us still don't do it. AudioElixir uses auditory immersion to facilitate this accelerated mindfulness state.
During our listening sessions, participants are seated, with their eyes closed, in the center of a specialized 3D ambisonic sound system.

This is the neurological and mental condition where our system can best let go of stress, reset, and rebalance.
