We use inclusive, participatory, and analytically rigorous processes aligned with anti-racist, anti-supremacist, eco-feminist, liberatory values. Specifically, we nurture equitable, sustainable organizations and networks, support leadership growth and strategy alignment, and lead organizational restructuring and complex systems change efforts.
