– Verpleging, verzorging en begeleiding. Ook voor PGB houders en particuliere zorgvragers.
– 7 dagen per week, 24 uur bereikbaar
– U houdt de regie in handen, wij luisteren naar uw wensen en passen ons aan.
– Korte lijnen; degene die u aan de telefoon krijgt kent u persoonlijk.
– Geen tot weinig wachttijd.
– Ondersteuning en verlichting voor mantelzorgers en behandelaars.
– Het aantal verschillende hulpverleners blijft beperkt.
– Wij helpen, als u dat wilt, bij het aanvragen van een pgb.
– Zorg in uw vertrouwde omgeving afgestemd op uw specifieke wensen.
