avenueNB Cooperative is a new innovative non-profit organization incorporated in April 2022. Our role is to manage the delivery of employment services for persons with a disability in New Brunswick. Receiving long-term funding from the Government of New Brunswick through the Canada - New Brunswick Workforce Development Agreement, avenueNB oversees the contract management of its 22 member agencies. Our role is to ensure persons with a disability and employers have equitable access to employment services and supports. We coordinate professional development for member agencies, promote communication and outreach, develop intersectional partnerships as well as monitor and evaluate programs and services to ensure quality results and accountability.
La coopérative avenueNB est une nouvelle organisation innovatrice à but non lucratif constituée en avril 2022. Notre rôle est de gérer la prestation de services d'emploi pour les personnes ayant un handicap au Nouveau-Brunswick. Recevant un financement à long terme du gouvernement du Nouveau-Brunswick par le biais de l'Entente Canada-Nouveau-Brunswick sur le développement de la main-d'œuvre, avenueNB supervise la gestion des contrats de ses 22 agences membres. Notre rôle est de veiller à ce que les personnes ayant un handicap et les employeurs aient un accès équitable aux services d'emploi et aux mesures de soutien. Nous coordonnons le perfectionnement professionnel des agences membres, nous favorisons la communication et la sensibilisation, nous développons des partenariats intersectoriels et nous surveillons et évaluons les programmes et les services afin d'assurer la qualité des résultats et la responsabilisation.
