ASA was founded in 2016 by a group of innovative and successful Azerbaijani youth. In the modern world whereby the knowledge has become more valuable than ever before, we are of the belief that the communication of the scientific developments to the audience in Azerbaijan has become an increasingly important task to fulfil.
The main objective of the Association is to bring together all stakeholders and parties interested in the development and popularisation of science in Azerbaijan, as well as abroad. To this end, the Association plans to organise scientific forums, conferences and events and undertake scientific activities in the form of research and analysis. ASA is also planning to establish connections and partnerships with organisation alike both in and outside Azerbaijan.
Cəmiyyətin tələbatını dərk etmək və innovasiyalara açıq olmaq hər bir sahədə inkişaf üçün mühüm zəmindir. Qloballaşan müasir dünyada intellektual potensialın artırılması, yeni elmi-texnoloji nailiyyətlərin ətraflı öyrənilərək daha geniş və səmərəli tətbiqi və dünya elminin müasir trendlərinin öyrənilməsi Azərbaycan elminin inkişafı üçün mühüm şərtdir.
Milli inkişafın taleyi üçün mühüm əhəmiyyət kəsb edən bu prosesdə gənclərin fəal iştirakı, xüsusən, onların təhsildə və elm sahəsində innovativ fəaliyyətə təşviq edilməsi olduqca vacibdir. Cəmiyyətin tələbatının təmin edilməsində bilik, bacarıq və vərdişlərin məcmusundan ibarət insan kapitalının önəmli rol oynadığı indiki dövrdə gənclərin elmə marağının artırılması, onların müxtəlif sahələrdə elmi tədqiqat işlərinə daha fəal cəlb edilməsi zərurəti yaranmışdır.
ASA məhz bu zərurəti dərindən dərk edən bir qrup yenilikçi və təhsildə uğur əldə etmiş azərbaycanlı gənclər tərəfindən təsis edilmişdir.
Assosiasiyanın əsas məqsədi elmə marağı olan hər kəsi bir araya gətirərək müxtəlif elmi fəaliyyətlər, tədbirlər, forumlar, konfranslar və görüşlər təşkil etmək, elmin müxtəlif sahələri haqqında dövri nəşrlər hazırlayıb yaymaqdan ibarətdir.
