His experiences extend to startups in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, and companies with their own product development in the field of (embedded) software and electronics design in Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the USA.
After his business administration training, he was able to apply a lot when it comes to logistics, project management, organizational development and finance. This has led him to hold various general and operational management positions at various companies.
He always sees an opportunity to adapt from the needs of the customer and his companies to the maximum possible to meet the customer's demand.
By wanting to understand where the customer's challenges lie, he gains the confidence to be a partner in sometimes "mission critical" situations.
