We use a multidisciplinary approach working with your doctor as well as our dedicated back specialists to create a treatment plan for you, keeping in mind your goals and your doctor’s notes.
What to expect.
Our physio will assess your injury, the nature of the pain and the findings on examination and imaging. Once determining the best treatment you’ll be handed over to our exercise physiologist who will provide a hands-on exercise program to help strengthen the weakened muscles around the injury providing insights so you don’t cause any further damage. Our massage therapist will then work alongside your physiotherapist and exercise physio to improve the function of the body’s soft tissues helping to alleviate pain.
Our team will work closely together within the same appointment time to work out a complete and comprehensive treatment plan for your spinal condition within the first consultation.
