BAG RelEx ist die Abkürzung für Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft religiös begründeter Extremismus e. V.
Wir setzen uns seit 2016 für Demokratieförderung und Radikalisierungsprävention im Bereich religiös begründeter Extremismus ein. Dabei sind wir nicht allein, denn als Dachorganisation von fast 40 Mitgliedsorganisationen stehen wir für eine Vielfalt an Ansätzen Methoden und spiegeln die langjährigen Erfahrungen im Arbeitsbereich wider.
Als BAG RelEx bieten wir eine Plattform für die Vernetzung, den fachlichen Austausch, die inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung und die Interessenvertretung der zivilgesellschaftlichen Träger in unserem Arbeitsfeld.
Unser Anspruch ist es sowohl die zivilgesellschaftliche Präventionsarbeit zu vernetzen als auch anderen Interessierten Einblicke in unsere Arbeit, sowie die Arbeit unserer Mitgliedsorganisationen zu geben und uns in aktuelle Debatten einzubringen. Außerdem sind wir Ansprechpartnerin für Vertreter*innen aus Politik, Verwaltung und Medien zu den Themen religiös begründeter Extremismus, Islamismus, Prävention und Demokratieförderung.
