AT89Cxx 系列基于MCU-51内核的MTP 的 8 位单片机
（程序存储器从1Kbtyes到32Kbytes）
AT87Fxx 系列（AT89的OTP版本）单片机
2． Flash memory： AT29Cxx系列：从256KB to 4MB（小扇区R/W操作）
AT49Fxx系列：目前容量最大为32Mbits，管脚可与
AMD、INTEL的Flash memory兼容。
AT 45Dxx系列：DataFlash，最大density达64Mbits
