Shopping online is not a new concept in Bangladesh but there has been a considerable lack of quality products at a reasonable price. Bajimaat offers you a wide range of products - from masks to livestock - for which quality is guaranteed, delivery is fast-tracked and payment is made simple.
Bajimaat emerged in 2014 when three brothers saw the dearth of lifestyle products in their hometown of Sylhet. They started bringing unique gadgets, jewelry, sweatshirts and even phone accessories that they thought stood out from the regulars in the market. The small family-owned business quickly gained popularity in their hometown and in the capital of Bangladesh - Dhaka.
The business was temporarily closed between 2017-2019 but reemerged in 2020 with a few new partners who saw the need of e-commerce in a world changed by COVID-19. Bajimaat revamped itself to provide high-quality personal protective equipment (PPEs) at reasonable price and seasonally offer high-demand products (e.g. livestock, gadgets). Bajimaat is the sole supplier of high-quality Defender masks - along with their usual offering of a range of reusable, surgical, and medical-grade PPEs. We are also pleased to offer pulse oximeter, vaporizer, blood pressure machine and other homecare/medical products.
At Bajimaat, we believe in being a responsible community member. Since our inception, we have partnered with non-profit/charity organizations in various initiatives. During the COVID-19 outbreak, we brought high-quality medical equipment free of cost to hospitals in Sylhet, Bangladesh.
In December 2020, Bajimaat will start providing its services in the US and Canada. We look forward to serving our North American community soon.
