In 2024 belandde ik in een zware burn-out. Het was een ingrijpende en confronterende periode waarin ik mezelf moest herontdekken. Ik leerde dat een burn-out niet alleen een teken is van overbelasting, maar ook een kans om opnieuw te kiezen. Het dwong me om te reflecteren op mijn waarden, mijn doelen en hoe ik werk en leven wilde combineren.
Die ervaring heeft mijn kijk op welzijn, werk en succes drastisch veranderd. Het heeft me niet alleen geholpen sterker terug te komen, maar het heeft me ook gedreven om mijn expertise te gebruiken om anderen te ondersteunen.
