After almost a decade in the corporate world, including time at a top five global law firm, I dove into recruitment and never looked back. Ten years later, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of people land life-changing roles and working with companies at every stage—from pre-seed startups to billion-dollar giants. I’ve built teams from the ground up, helped launch entirely new ventures, and seen firsthand how the right hire can change everything.
But something was missing. The traditional recruiting model felt one-dimensional. I wanted to create something more holistic—where businesses get not just candidates, but trusted hiring support. And where individuals, whether they’re job searching or leveling up, have access to real tools, real coaching, and real care.
