We assess workplaces across 33 moments of truth for their employees. Our proprietary WOW (Women on Working) along with WNPS (Women Net Promoter System) scores highlight strengths, opportunities and compare results to industry and national benchmarks.
To deliver changer, we offer 16 programs based on behavioural science and practical experience. Programs range from recruitment to sustainable target setting. We start with small, fast improvements and scale quickly when the data proves the change works.
