When the owner of a famous salon chain brand approached Niral Patel - Co Founder at Barbera for a salon management software, he saw an opportunity to help not just him but many others facing similar issues. After discussing this with Dhruv, they decided to conduct research to better understand the needs and pain points of salon owners. They contacted around 12,000 salons in multiple cities of India, and the results were clear - there was a strong demand for an easy-to-use cloud software for the salon industry.
With this insight, they set out to build the most user-friendly software for salons that would help them organize, analyze, and grow their business. Today, Barbera is serving over 100 customers in Surat, Pune, Kolkata, and Mumbai. Barbera has been well received and has helped many salon owners manage their operations with ease.
Barbera continue to innovate and improve our software by integrating AI with the goal of making it the go-to solution for salon owners across India and beyond.
