Başkurt Motor ve Kablo Sanayi A.Ş. 1966 yılında Rami, İstanbul da kurulmuş, taşıtlar için kablo, elektrik tesisatı ve kalorifer motoru üretimine başlamıştır.1983 yılında üretim tesisleri Kağıthane fabrikasına taşınmıştır.Aynı yıl içinde araç kalorifer ve havalandırma üniteleri üretimi devreye alınmıştır.1996 yılında Kağıthane'deki üretim binası yenilenmiş ve yatırımlar bu tarihten sonra hız kazanmıştır.2005 yılında Sakarya 1.OSB de kurulan yeni üretim tesisi devreye alınmıştır.
Şirket merkezi İstanbul'da olup, tüm üretim faaliyetleri ise Sakarya fabrikasında tek merkezde yürütülmektedir.TS ISO 9001 ve TS ISO 16949 kalite sistemine sahip tesislerimizde tüm temel üretim süreçleri, en güncel teknoloji kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmektedir.Ürün tasarımı, doğrulama, malzeme testleri, denetimli süreçler, ürün işlevsellik kontrolleri gibi faaliyetler Başkurt ürün ve hizmet kalitesinin müşterilerine hızlı, zamanında ve doğru şekilde ulaştırılmasını sağlamaktadır.
Başkurt Motor ve Kablo Sanayi A.Ş. was established in 1966, Istanbul to manufacture cable, cable assembly and heater motor for vehicles. In 2005, new production plant in Sakarya was put into service.
The headquarters is in Istanbul and all production activities are conducted at one complex in Sakarya 1st Industrial Zone.
The production facility is TS ISO 9001, TS ISO 16949 and ISO 14001 certified.
Product design, development, validation, material tests, durability tests and functional tests are all to ensure the product and service quality of Başkurt.
With its wide range of products, powerful engineering capability and customer-oriented approach, Başkurt is a reliable business partner preferred by most national and international customers in commercial vehicle sector.
Main products are dc geared and non-geared motors, HVAC units, copper and aluminum cable, cable assemblies and windscreen wiper systems.
