Van 2013 tot en met 2022 gaven we met ruim 20 gelicenseerde organisatiecoaches ondersteuning aan organisatieverandering met een online ondersteunde teaming methode.

BC4U Teaming zorgde ervoor dat vragensets klaar stonden, die wetenschappelijk onderbouwd uitermate relevant zijn. Als katalysator voor gezamenlijke reflectie op 'hoe we hier bezig zijn' en voor een dialoog om te ontdekken welke kleine stappen een groot verschil kunnen maken.
Na de opstartfase, waarin het concept zich heeft bewezen, strandde de opschaalfase op de lockdowns in 2020 en 2021. Voor een doorstart werd in 2021 en 2022 geen investeerder gevonden. De onderneming is begin 2023 gestaakt.
