BCG carries out thorough fieldwork for the purpose of locating land in high-demand areas in Israel and the United States.
*Full client accompanying and guidance
This includes handling legal and tax issues as well as planning, registering the properties in the local land registry and receiving the deed by the State Title Company.
*Permits and Execution
While we enter building projects, we assist in obtaining and signing execution agreements with the contractors and in supervising and accompanying the construction.
*Management and Brokerage
After receiving or purchasing the property, we will assist you in contracting with a local management company for the purpose of managing and maintaining the property on an ongoing basis.
*Rent / Sale
We accompany you in contracting with a local real estate agency for the purpose of renting, selling or managing the property.
