• Transition buyout – established business, owner looking to take some money off the table, keep 10-30% and run the business for another 2-5 years before full exit.
• Complete buyout – established business, owner looking to retire and sell 100%.
We typically invest 100% equity (no debt) with a permanent time horizon.
