Welcome to the BECOME coaching programme: our aim is to provide: “Time out for you to understand what’s important, discover where you want to be, what you want to have happen and be empowered to be the best version of yourself” Our hope is that, by the end of the programme, you will: • Understand more about being the best you can be: what makes you happy now and how to get the best out of yourself • Be encouraged to know that you have a choice in what you think, feel and do • Have the courage to understand the impact of that choice • Discover options for managing the impact of your choices and getting the best out of yourself • Gain meaning about the relationships that empower and disempower • Be empowered as you discover your strategies for achieving your personal ambitions and identify your 5 bold steps. The programme has been designed by Cherry Dale and Janet Fox: Cherry’s areas of expertise are in developing successful workplace cultures and individuals, encompassing well-being strategies for staff and teams and enabling flourishing people and organisations. Alongside this she is an experienced Chief Operating Office, a Senior Director, a leader of change. Alongside this, Cherry is an experienced ILM 7 Executive coach, mentor, NLP Master Practitioner and Human Givens psychotherapist. Cherry has led teams and organisations both as a provider and as a commissioner within the Third Sector, Local Authority and the NHS. Janet is an Organisational Development (OD) specialist who has experience in designing and delivering a full range of bespoke OD solutions. Janet has a ILM Level 7 certificate in executive coaching and leadership development, post graduate certificate in team coaching and ILM level 7 in coaching supervision. She is also a workplace mediator with additional skills in NLP and MBTI. Janet has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting organisations, teams and individuals to achieve their success.
