Sills was appointed to what is now the Superior Court of Justice. The Honourable Coulter A. Osborne became the Associate Chief Justice of Ontario and then the Integrity Commissioner of Ontario. The Honourable Mr. Justice Douglas A. Bean was appointed to what is now the Ontario Court of Justice.
