He has been inducted into a number of local and national real estate Hall of Fames. As a real estate Broker, Gregory was named Broker of the year, Top Recruiter of the year and Largest Grossing Office in the USA for a national real estate brand.
Gregory is knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate investing. His common sense approach to investing includes wholesaling, fix and flip, buy and hold, landlord, property management, lease option, short sales, auction properties, probate, foreclosures and distressed properties, absentee owners, vacant and abandoned houses, apartments and commercial real estate, tax free retirement strategies and much more.
As Gregory began spending more and more time in sharing his lessons learned to benefit others, he decided to establish Bennett Bootcamps. Hundreds of real estate investors come through his doors every month to be trained in the Bennett method and many have gone on to realize their financial freedom.
