Besa Global is the operational home of the Corruption, Justice & Legitimacy (CJL) Program. CJL is committed to unlocking the barriers to durable peace and development caused by endemic corruption. Bringing a systems approach to anti-corruption work, CJL specializes in innovative corruption analysis, social norms change, and the intersection of peacebuilding and anti-corruption. Besa Global puts CJL’s processes and findings into practice and feeds our learning from practice back into CJL’s iterative methodology.
Besa is a thought leader, innovating approaches to context analysis, program design, monitoring and evaluation. Our work has been featured in leading publications focused on evaluation, peacebuilding and anti-corruption.
