Welkom bij Betterpad!
Het begon allemaal in 2022, toen ik (Suze de Boer) besefte dat er een significante kloof was in menstruatievoorlichting, vooral voor meisjes in de leeftijdsgroep van 12-16 jaar, oftewel de menarche fase. Het gebrek aan toegankelijke en begrijpbare informatie voor deze doelgroep leidt tot veel onzekerheid en schaamte bij veel jonge meisjes. Betterpad gelooft dat het taboe rondom menstruatie gevormd is door te weinig kennis over dit onderwerp; daarom zetten wij ons in om de volgende generatie beter te informeren, zodat de kloof tussen mens en het taboe kleiner wordt.
Dit doen wij op een manier dat past bij de communicatie van de doelgroep, zodat het herkenbaar en minder cringe (zo zegt de jeugd dat) is.
