Quantity Surveyor providing commercial support for the subcontractor market. We specialise in groundworks and civil engineering but possess in-house expertise in all areas of construction.
We provide an in-house service, offering a broad range of services to support your projects and business, including:
* QS project support (full or part time, site based or remote, all levels)
* Estimating, taking off, BQ production.
* Preparation of claims, directly dealing with disputes, adjudication prep etc
* Contract reviews - all forms (identifying risk, suggesting amendments etc)
* Contractual correspondence, liaising with third parties (clients, solicitors etc)
* Internal process support and advice (contract administration etc)
* Assistance with internal cost control, offering cost control advice

We can discuss day rates for QS placements, catered to suit location and level of QS required. Fees can be agreed for items of work such as estimating, measurement, BQ production and general commercial support.
