Burkleigh House Bakery was established in 1985, out of Patricia's home kitchen. Back when home industries were at their height. Since then B.H Bakery has become a fully fledged bakery with a staff compliment of 8 and over 20 retail outlets selling our products.
We still hand-make our age old recipes using only the finest ingredients with no added preservatives, additives or colourants. Just like gammy used to bake.
