In 2010 the company started as business game simulation project within business incubator of the leading university in Belarus - BSEU. Within 4 years we were helped 100+ young professionals to improve their understanding of the global and local business operations as well as challenges of small and large enterprises in the modern fast-paced business environment.
Thanks to expertise our team gained throughout the first seasons of the BIGIN, by 2013 this nonprofit project grew up from minimum viable product to solid HR-brand and recruiting consulting agency with well-known clients on board: British American Tabacco, Danone, Wargaming etc.
