In oktober 2021 gaat bijLINK van start. De praktijk komt voort uit psychologen en een gezinsbehandelaar die al meer dan 20 jaar in de regio Zaanstreek/Waterland psychologische zorg verlenen aan kinderen, jongeren en jongvolwassenen. Bij onze praktijk voor kind en jeugd werkt een team van enthousiaste en ervaren orthopedagogen (generalist), (gz)-psychologen en gezinsbehandelaren die zorgdragen voor een breed hulpaanbod voor kinderen, jongeren, hun ouders en scholen.
BijLINK vindt het belangrijk dat psychologische zorg laagdrempelig en dichtbij huis is. Er is een goede samenwerking met de huisarts en het jeugdteam van de verschillende gemeentes. Indien wenselijk werken wij nauw samen met scholen in de regio.
In de praktijk bieden wij verschillende mogelijkheden qua werkwijze, vorm en duur van de behandeling. Wij bieden individuele hulp voor het kind of de jongere zelf, ouderbegeleiding en systeemgesprekken. Om zo goed mogelijk bij de hulpvraag aan te sluiten werken wij multidisciplinair. Samen met alle collega’s intern en extern zetten wij ons volop in voor de jeugd-GGZ.
