Our goal is to make our clients more efficient and profitable by removing the barriers in the billing process and allowing them to focus on creating revenue.
Our process:
• We take client files, time entries, costs, payments and retainers and create a draft bill for our clients to review.
• After clients review and markup the drafts (either electronically or on paper), we make changes, corrections and additions and run final statements.
• Statements are mailed in law firm envelopes or emailed to the firm for distribution.
• A host of standard and custom reports are run and emailed to firm including productivity reports, retainer transaction reports and accounts receivable reports.
• We also offer additional services including: Historical bill generation, remote bookkeeping, consulting, electronic bill generation (i.e. LEDES) and submission, state and federal court appointment bill generation and submission and more.
