بیمانی خدمتی نوین از سوی بیمه مرکزی ایران است. به همین دلیل در بیمانی هیچ پولی دریافت نمیشود. این سامانه برای یکپارچهسازی تمامی فرایند ثبت پرونده خسارت و ارزیابی و پرداخت آن به زیاندیدگان بوده و از این جهت پشتیبانی و نظارت آن بهصورت مستقیم زیر نظر بیمه مرکزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است.
