About
BIND-t is een nauw samenwerkingsverband bestaande uit ervaren coaches, trainers en organisatiebegeleiders. Gestart door Tamara de Jong en Roos Anemaet. Met BIND-t willen we het werken makkelijker maken. Door het inzetten van coaching, training en onderzoek zorgen we voor meer verbinding en mogelijkheden in bedrijven. We dragen graag bij aan een toename van motivatie en werkplezier en daarmee aan toename van het resultaat.
Bepaalde zaken blijven in organisaties altijd maar weer gebeuren. Sommige van die zaken helpen, anderen remmen af. Kenmerkend is wel dat wat we ook doen, het toch weer gebeurt.
