After selling his Bluebird Record shops in London more than 20 years ago, Billy moved back to Scotland and started the nursery on what used to be the old, walled kitchen garden of the Binny Estate near Edinburgh. In 2014, David joined as a partner in the business; swapping a career as a commercial property lawyer for professional plant geek.
We like to make sure that customers get the right plant for the right place, whether it's a novice with their first garden or a designer working on their next show garden.
