Biodx is a proudly South African R&D company, focused on developing innovative, cost effective antimicrobial control technologies based on a natural citrus extract.
Our products are non-corrosive to surfaces, quickly eliminate bacteria with a 99.9% kill rate and are completely biodegradable. Our natural citrus extract is stabilised with a biodegradable compound that contains no chlorine, alcohol or formaldehydes.
Traditional chemicals have resulted in harsh environmental side effects allowing bacteria and pathogens to mutate and develop resistance to what has been used to control them. As demand increases for more aggressive chemicals in an effort to neutralise the problem, harm on the environment and human health increases. The need for a safe and responsible solution has become a major concern to all industries and a necessity for a sustainable future.
