Vital Care of the Four States is your premiere locally owned and operated specialty home infusion and specialty compounding pharmacy services company based out of Neosho, MO. We specialize in putting our patients care first by providing in-home infusion services in the comfort and safety of their own home by partnering with your healthcare provider. In cooperation with your physician and nurses, the BioEthics ADVANTAGE team offers an unprecedented commitment to your personalized care. We will use that directive to help our clients live normal and productive lives. Our nurse, who is IVIg certified, will be inside your home to provide the necessary education, equipment and therapy for you.
We are powered by a national company called Vital Care Home Infusion Services, which gives us access to all of our medications and therapies that are associated with many disease states. Those diseases range from Hemophilia, von Willebrand Disease, other related bleeding disorders, Primary Immune Deficiency Diseases, Multiple Sclerosis, Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and many others.
In addition to the above services we are an active specialty compounding pharmacy. We prepare specialized medications for our patients. They are based on a prescription in which ingredients are mixed together in the exact strength and dosage custom to the patient. We offer compounded medications for HRT(Hormone Replacement Therapy), Hospice, Pediatrics, Pain Management, Veterinary, Sports Management, Dermatology and MANY MORE! All medications are monitored by our on-site pharmacist and pharmacy techs.
