Die ARGE NahtürlichBIO ist eine Kooperation aus drei Bio-PionierInnen:
Biobäuerliche Vermarktung eGen, eine Genossenschaft bestehend aus LandwirtInnen, dem BIO-Großhändler BerSta Naturkost GmbH & Co KG
und der Sonnberg Biofleisch GmbH.
Die KooperationspartnerInnen stellen jahrzehntelange Erfahrung und Kompetenz in der Produktion und Vermarktung von BIO-Lebensmitteln für das Projekt zur Verfügung. Das Projekt „NahtürlichBIO“, welches durch Bund, Länder und europäische Union unterstützt wird, hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, den BIO-Anteil in der Gastronomie und Großküchen zu steigern.
Das gemeinsame Anliegen: Biofleisch und Bioprodukte für die Gastronomie/Großküche mit kurzen Transportwegen und aus artgerechter Tierhaltung – alle PartnerInnen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette sollen von diesem Konzept gleichermaßen profitieren.

Unsere Vision: In jedem Gasthaus, Restaurant und Gemeinschaftsverpflegung in Österreich wird täglich ein BIO-Menü angeboten.
Das Projekt „NahtürlichBIO“ wird von Bund, Ländern und Europäischer Union unterstützt.
