Bioshield One technology uses the biocidal properties of pure silver to inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria, viruses, fungus, as well as molds.
Silver has been known for centuries for its antimicrobial properties and for its human innocuity.
BioshieldOne has enhanced these properties. BioshieldOne is not a coating. Its technology allows microparticles to be gripped directly and permanently inside and outside of the polymer mesh.
There is no release whatsoever of the treated silver particles.
BioshieldOne pure silver microparticles technology is incorporated directly into all types of polymers such as PE, PET, PU, polyester, nylon, and in a multiple of other materials.
The manufacturing process is unchanged, exact same way as with previously used polymers.
The look, feel and shape of the final product stays exactly the same.
