The broadcasting group, which started its operations with Birinci FM on November 1, 1996, became the first private broadcasting organization in Cyprus. The first mission and vision of the Birinci Media Agency, which did not change since 1996 to the present day, is to announce the voice of the Turkish Cypriots to the world in a free and open manner and introduce our own culture to the whole World. The First Media Agency is the largest media organization in Cyprus with two radio stations currently operating, four television channels, two hundred billboard posters and it is a media agency operating in this field. The investments of the Birinci Group continue every day with more than one hundred employees and two live airwaves. Lastly, Birinci Media, which has developed its sub-structure in the UK, established Euro Genc Tv in 2017. Simultaneously, Birinci Media Agency created Secim Kibris which aims to provide objective and reliable information to the public about upcoming Turkish Cypriot elections. Secim Kibris is a unique website in Cyprus due to its focus on election polls in the Nort of the Island. Birinci Media is, therefore, proud to provide this exceptional service, that is the first of its kind in Cyprus and that, ultimately, is a step towards integrating Northern Cyprus into this increasingly digitalized age of the world.
