What is BISO Bathing? (previously SBIO)
We are the all-year outdoor bathing society of BI Norwegian Business School. Our goal is for members to challenge themselves in a healthy way and learn to master stress through outdoor bathing and social get-togethers.
Who is it for?
We aim to to be an all-including society for everyone; full-timers and exchange students, locals and internationals alike. We network across backgrounds and welcome everyone from first-year students to last year master students.
What do we do?
We encourage members and guests to "take the plunge"; meaning to jump into a cold bath - either with or without a sauna.
Why do we do it?
Our members get to experience the many health benefits of temperature therapy as well as a strong sense of mastery in overcoming the discomfort of cold water. Feel alive!
