Black Foundry is the fourth startup our team has worked on, the second we have owned. At ThinkSecure we built a world class consulting and product resale company. We specalised in high-end security consulting for Banks, built an awesome team and sold the company to Infoplex (Leighton Holdings). At Infoplex we built a Managed Service Provider that excelled in Security, Network, Storage and Compute services. We were lucky to work with more great technical people as well as our old ThinkSecure crew. We built a national MPLS network with security (firewall and ids/ips) built into the network fabric. We fitted out data centres in Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We travelled the world and had lots of laughs. At Incite we turned our hand to software development. We built the worlds leading Web Collaboration product and we named it 'Keystone'. We deployed software to Amazon's Cloud (IaaS) and Azure's Cloud (PaaS). We were lucky enough to build the best 'pound for pound' development, support and consulting teams. It was exceptionally hard work, a tough market to work in. Keystone now supports 100's of projects and billions of dollars of construction projects. So Black Foundry is a mixture of all these experiences.
