As seasoned journalists with years of experience in front of the camera and microphone, we understand how daunting media appearances can be. That's why we're here to support you.
What sets us apart is that we're led by all-female BBC Journalists and we're passionate about amplifying women's voices. Something we realised wasn't easy during our decades working within BBC News.
But we don't solely focus on women! We're great at supporting all those who'll be directly facing the media in terms of staying on message and handling tricky questions.
We also help comms professionals to pitch effectively, understand what makes a great story, write outstanding press releases, find case studies and get journalists interested.
Presentation and public speaking training is also one of our areas of expertise giving senior leaders the confidence to present internally and externally.
We provide personalised coaching through 1:1 sessions, small group workshops, and on-site or in-studio sessions.
