Our Exercise Physiologists offer a range of services for our clients including: * One on one supervised sessions within our private air-conditioned clinic gym in Cardiff, Newcastle. * Group exercise, including independent programs conducted in an enjoyable and social atmosphere * Home visits in Lake Macquarie and Newcastle * Condition specific programs for a range of chronic health conditions such as osteoporosis, diabetes and osteoarthritis.
