De projectgroep Boerenwijsheid die vorig najaar vanuit de Transitiecoalitie Voedsel is opgestart heeft haar eindrapport inmiddels opgeleverd. Het rapport bevat o.a. aanbevelingen op het gebied van kennis en innovatie vanuit de boerenpraktijk.
Het belangrijkste resultaat van de projectgroep is dat er een Boerenraad is ontstaan waarin radicale en gangbare vernieuwende boeren gaan samenwerken aan een toekomstbestendige landbouw. De Boerenraad heeft voor de Nederlandse landbouw een inspirerende toekomstvisie en een agenda opgesteld met vijf speerpunten. Deze speerpunten zijn: toegang tot grond; kennis, onderzoek en innovatie; de positie van de boer in de keten; financiering en wet- en regelgeving. De Boerenraad bundelt boeren om deze thema’s via oplossingsgroepen aan te pakken en van concrete oplossingen te voorzien. Kijk voor meer informatie op de website: www.boerenraad.nl
