Boom Better Records is a new UK independent label and collective that champions fresh artists who are prepared to stick their neck out. We launched in early 2012 with the remit to connect creative circles and support forward-thinking music by uniting as a platform for something better. From the dust and crackle of old jazz vinyls through to space-aged electronic booms and bleeps, our inspiration is unashamedly eclectic and throws everything from old-school soul culture to abstract futurisms in the mix. This is all united by a love of music that feels honest, warm and organic; music born from soul. We are proud to represent artists from lots of different backgrounds, from strictly live performers to production specialists, hip hop to jazz. Whether it's a tear shed from a trumpet's spit trap, or a crate-digger discovering the perfect kick sample, mastery exits in many different forms. This is a great thing. This is Boom Better.
