Paul Sandburg, MBA, CSCS
Hello and welcome! My name is Paul Sandburg, the Founder and Director of BOOST Health. I am a long-time student of wellness and fitness and have been working in the industry for nearly 20 years. I have a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology, master’s degree in Business Administration, and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
I have always been interested in wellness and fitness, even at a young age I was. My father was my biggest wellness mentor and when he passed away from cancer at a young age of 51, I sharpened my focus even more on a healthy lifestyle. I am on a mission to learn and share as much knowledge as possible in pursuit of wellness balance. I hope you will join me on this journey to find wellness balance. Together let’s be open minded, try new concepts, learn what works best for us as individuals, and share knowledge
