Borderline and Beyond is a lived experience-led platform built around real, raw storytelling on mental health, recovery, and rebuilding your life.
Created by someone who’s lived through trauma, domestic abuse, borderline personality disorder (BPD), addiction, homelessness- and the ongoing fight to get her children back -this space was born to break stigma, offer hope, and amplify the voices that too often go unheard.
I share my story honestly: the trauma, the chaos, the healing, the setbacks and wins. Through blog posts, TikToks, and lived experience speaking, I say the things I needed to hear -and help others find their own voice in the process.
Why “and beyond”?
Because I am not just a diagnosis. I’m not just BPD. There is life after addiction, after being sectioned, after losing everything. And that life - messy, beautiful, limitless - is what I’m here to show. Borderline is part of my story, but it’s not the whole story. The “beyond” is everything I’m becoming.
I also want to shout the message that “you're still a parent even when your children aren’t with you”. Parenting doesn’t stop because of systems or separation - it lives in the love, growth, and daily work. This platform is for mums who’ve been judged, ignored, or forgotten. You still matter. You're still a mum.
Right now, I’m building a bold, supportive community for people navigating mental illness, recovery, parenting, and the messy, powerful act of starting again. I believe in healing out loud -and helping others feel less alone.
I'm available for collaborations, campaigns, interviews, webinars, podcasts, panels and any space that values lived experience and honest conversation.
