Boschgaard is een collectief van bevlogen en betrokken Bosschenaren die al geruime tijd werken aan een woonwerkpand in Den Bosch. Een pand in collectief beheer, waar we wonen, werkruimtes maken en een grote sociale ruimte voor de buurt realiseren.
In samenwerking met wonincorporatie Zayaz zetten we 19 duurzame sociale huurwoningen neer, gecombineerd met een wijkcentrum door en voor de buurt.
We nemen als project duurzaamheid zeer serieus. Dit complex gaan we dan ook bouwen van herbruikbare bouwmaterialen en andere waardevolle reststromen uit de omgeving.
Het pand komt op de locatie van voormalig buurthuis De Patio in de Graafse wijk in Den Bosch. En omdat we hergebruik belangrijk vinden, wordt het bestaande pand niet gesloopt, maar nemen dit als uitgangspunt voor de vernieuwbouw.
Boschgaard werkt hierin samen met Wooncorporatie Zayaz, Superuse architecten en Bouwbedrijf Versteegden.
