BottleBelt was a student-run venture launched through Babson College’s year-long Foundations of Management and Entrepreneurship (FME) program. The business was designed, built, and successfully closed within one academic year with profit!
Our mission was to make hydration hands-free, convenient, and stylish. We designed and sold customizable water bottle straps that appealed to students, athletes, and people with active lifestyles. From concept to close, our team oversaw every aspect of operations, including supplier negotiations, e-commerce, inventory management, customer outreach, and social media marketing.
BottleBelt quickly gained traction on campus through pop-up shops and digital marketing. We built an online store, tracked finances through custom-built Excel systems, and created engaging content to grow our brand. The venture ended on a high note, generating real revenue and valuable learning experiences in entrepreneurship, leadership, and execution.
