BPO Bplas Plastic Omnium Otomotiv ve Metal Yan Sanayi A.Ş.
Firmamız; 05/01/1994 tarihinde, Türkiye'nin konusunda lider şirketi B-Plas A.Ş. ile Fransa'nın önde gelen uluslararası şirketlerinden Plastic Omnium'un %50 ortaklığı ile Bursa’da kurulmuş ve kurulduğu ilk günden bu yana, otomotiv sektöründe kendisine önemli bir yer edinmiştir.
BPO A.Ş toplam 25.500 m2 kapalı ve 16.500 açık olmak üzere toplam 42.000 m2 alanda ve 3(üç) farklı tesiste tampon, ayna kapağı, yakıt tankı ve otomobilin içinde ve dışında kullanılan boyalı-boyasız diğer muhtelif parçaların üretimi ile otomotiv sanayisine katkıda bulunmaktadır.
Ana müşterisi Oyak-Renault olan BPO, başta tampon olmak üzere, otomobilin metal ve dış plastik parçalarının üretildiği Panayır tesisinde, 1000 Ton ve 3200 Ton arasında çeşitli büyüklüklerde 10 adet makinenin bulunduğu Enjeksiyon ve tam otomasyon olarak hizmet veren, 6 eksenli robotların bulunduğu Boyahane bölümlerinde, 24 saat kesintisiz olarak faaliyetine devam etmektedir. 2003 yılında hayata geçirilen yeni organizasyonla Oyak Renault sınırları içerisinde Encyclage tesisimizde montaj bantlarına “Tam Zamanında Üretim” felsefesi çerçevesinde ürünlerimizi anlık olarak teslim etmekteyiz.
Ayrıca; 1998 yılından bugüne, Demirtaş Organize Sanayii içerisinde yerleşik olan Yakıt Sistemleri tesisinde de Yakıt Tankı ve Bileşenlerinin üretimini gerçekleştirmektedir.
