Bij Brainproof helpen wij mensen die (langdurige) klachten ervaren als gevolg van brein gerelateerde aandoeningen.

De basis is onze Cognitive Movement Therapy (C.M.T.) en hierin hanteren wij de R.E.S.E.T.-methode.
Deze methode is speciaal ontwikkeld door Ronald van der Rijst en richt zich op het herstel van het autonome zenuwstelsel en het herstructureren van verstoorde hersenverbindingen.
Dit gebeurt door middel van fysieke, zintuiglijke en cognitieve uitdagingen, gecombineerd met lichaamsgericht werk, reflexwerk, ademwerk en educatie.
De kern van deze methode ligt in het lichaamsgerichte reflex- en ademwerk. Door eerst het lichaam, de reflexen en het ademsysteem in balans te brengen, creëren we een stevig fundament waarop je als mens altijd kunt terugvallen. Deze voorbereiding is cruciaal.
We kiezen niet voor een ‘quick fix’, maar richten ons op een duurzame en doordachte aanpak voor de lange termijn.
Men leert welke tools ze kunnen toepassen en wat er precies gebeurt in het stressresponssysteem. Door stress gericht aan te pakken, ontstaan er neuroplastische veranderingen in het brein.
Het R.E.S.E.T.-traject, inclusief een week intern verblijf in onze praktijk in Montfoort, zorgt ervoor dat mensen leren herkennen wat er verandert in hun zenuwstelsel en waarom gedoseerde uitdagingen essentieel zijn voor opbouw.
Ook na afloop van het traject blijven wij mensen begeleiden in hun herstel, zodat de nieuwe kennis en vaardigheden blijvend worden toegepast in het dagelijks leven.
