From his early years in the music industry to becoming a CPA and then having a change of heart and taking on a catering job while beginning his real estate career, Ivan has had many ups and downs. Each and every experience had taught Ivan something new and he was willing and determined enough to take that knowledge and instill it to create new, positive habits.
