He frequently advises foundations, boards, and large scale organizations on their DEI/social impact efforts, especially towards the disability community - the largest minority group in the world comprising 15% of the global population. Brandon serves on multiple boards in addition to being a Founding Member of Daniel Lubetzky’s Starts With Us.

In 2020, Brandon made his runway debut at NY Fashion Week wearing Tommy Hilfiger Adaptive and has become a sought-after voice for inclusion.
